Financial Assistance

We'd like to remind you about the Pikes Peak Region Long Term Recovery Group (LTRG). The LTRG provides recovery services to individuals and families affected by the Waldo Canyon Fire.

For eligibility, beneficiaries must be survivors of the Waldo Canyon Fire and have unmet needs directly attributed to the fire.

The LTRG has a downtown office with case managers available to determine assistance towards unmet needs such as:

  • Assisting in the repair or replacement of a home
  • Assisting in the repair or replacement of personal property
  • Health related issues
  • Emergency temporary housing

Case managers assess situations and identify resources, including available funds from the LTRG. The funds are made payable directly to the vendors meeting the individual's needs.
