Because the Parkside Development Plan presents some unique considerations for rebuilding, there will be a special meeting for Parkside residents and builders only.

In this meeting, the Planning Department will present their interpretation of the Parkside Development Plan and their recommendations for processing Parkside building permits.

Representatives of the Development Review Enterprise, Pikes Peak Regional Building Department, Colorado Springs Fire Department and the Housing & Building Association of Colorado Springs will be present to answer your questions.
