What if a Discount Card Merchant won’t honor their discount?

Each participating merchant's discount is unique. Please review the merchant's offer carefully on the website. By clicking the name of the merchant, the details of their offer will be displayed. If, after doing so, you still believe the merchant is failing to honor their stated discount, then please provide the information to CST and we will review the merchant's participation status in the program.
