Waldo Canyon Fire Quilts

Piecing Partners Quilt Guild and other area guilds have been collecting beautiful quilts from their members and quilters all across the country. The quilts were created for those who lost homes or had their homes damaged by the Waldo Canyon Fire. If you have not yet received a quilt, we would like to invite you to come and receive this loving gift from the quilting community.

What
At this final quilt distribution, the guilds will provide new handmade quilts and wall hangings of all sizes for adults, children and babies. There will also be a few vintage quilts.

Along with the free quilts, we will have cookies available generously donated by Great Harvest Bread Company.

ID will be required. Only one adult quilt per address; children's quilts one per child.

The team members are distinguished citizens and business professionals in the community facilitating and coordinating a quick and effective rebuilding process for the neighborhoods devastated on June 26th by the fire. The donations received will go towards the activities required to help restore the lives and the neighborhoods affected by the fire at the same time maintaining a strong sense of community during the rebuilding process.
