Neighborhood Covenants Available Online

As a resource for residents and builders, we created an online database of addresses and their covenants. This tool is available now on our website at www.ColoradoSpringsTogether.org/Covenants.

To reference your covenant, simply type in your street name or address and the database will provide the filing number and associated covenants in a downloadable PDF format.
For multiple addresses, search by street name. To limit your search to a single address, also enter the house number. Please do not use abbreviations such as St., Rd, etc. And please do not enter apartment or unit numbers.

Example: If your full address is 1234 Main St, Apt. 203, enter “Main” or “1234 Main" into the search field.
