Awakening Artists, Inc. is a non-profit organization, located in Colorado Springs, whose mission is to encourage the artists and inspire creativity locally and internationally.
Their Beauty for Ashes initiative began in response the Waldo Canyon fire. The artist community around the world wanted a way to use their creative talents to help in the restoration process.
Thus, the first of several artistic projects is Operation: Flowers 347. If you have not yet received your flower pot, please plan to pick one up during our distribution event along side the Piecing Partners Quilt Guild.
