SBA Disaster Loan Reminder

The U. S. Small Business Administration is offering low interest disaster assistance to Homeowners, Renters and Businesses for both physical & economic losses.

SBA Loan Representatives are available to assist you face-to-face at the Disaster Loan Outreach Center (located within the CST Center). SBA will be in the CST Center until September 13, 2012.

We have been working at this location for 2 weeks and have assisted well over 100 home/business owners, and have approved 6 loans for over $700,000 in this short period of time.

These loans are for all uninsured property damaged by the Wildfires, Subsequent Flooding and Mudslides.

HOMEOWNERS & RENTERS are being offered a loan at a rate as low as 1.9% and can be termed out over 30 years if needed.

BUSINESSES are being offered, for both physical and economic losses, loans at a 4% fixed and can be termed out over 30 years if needed.

There are no fees for these loans.
